Airlines are not allowed to require people with service animals to check in at the airport. They must be allowed to check in online if they choose to do so. The rules imposed on in-cabin pets are similar to those of most airlines. The jetBlue pet policy may be relatively permissive, but only a handful of animals are allowed on each flight. This means you should book your flights as soon as possible. Dogs on Planes wants to make your decision easier.
