Can Dogs Get Sick From Eating Dandelions? There is no part of dandelions that should cause illness in canines. Dandelions are not poisonous to dogs… If your pup is sick after eating dandelions, it is unlikely to be the plant themselves that caused them to vomit, but they may have eaten some grass as well.
