Chicken can be a valuable food for pets. It can be used as an incentive or for training purposes. Some owners may choose to top dress their dogs diet to entice them to eat or to enhance the diets flavor. This may, however, cause negative behaviors when it comes to feeding, for example, your pet may only eat the chicken and leave behind or refuse items from their regular diet.

Can I Feed My Dog Boiled Chicken every day? Yes, you can feed dog-boiled chicken every day. In case your canine requires further protein in his eating regimen, cooked, the unseasoned rooster is a simple addition to his common meals. It additionally makes a superb meal substitute should youre out of pet food.

Supplementing with chicken is probably not a good idea either as it increases the protein levels in their diet which can lead to weight gain or stress on a dog's kidneys as it ages. Young dogs can probably handle it but it may cause problems as they age.

So no personally I wouldn't feed my dogs old chicken. Dogs are fine to eat fresh raw chicken, just as they are to chew on raw bones. Never feed your dog cooked bones as they splinter and Id always recommend to supervise if giving your dogs bones to eat. 14.1K views

Dogs can stomach different bacteria than humans& So, can dogs eat old food? Typically, food that has been cooked but left in the fridge for the past week is safe to feed your dog. These are classic leftovers but they are a just few days past what many humans find acceptable.

If the meat looks dry and so unpalatable for a person, this doesn't mean that a dog will not enjoy it. As John said in his answer dogs can be scavengers. However, if it is green or has growth on it, then toss it. Any obvious signs of bacteria and it's not a good thing for your dog.
