If your dog can eat a piece or two of pasta noodles, spaghetti squash is definitely way healthier. So yes, go ahead and give them a little bit of this nutritious food. Apart from spaghetti squash, other varieties of squash are also approved for their nutrition such as pumpkin, zucchini butternut squash and acorn squash.
