For puppy owners, intestinal worms are a real concern.

Infections that would be unlikely to make an adult dog sick can kill a puppy.

Roundworm infections can cause pneumonia, intestinal obstruction, pot-bellied appearance, vomiting, and diarrhea.

In some cases, infected pups will have no clinical signs at all.
