Large breeds are more likely to suffer from hip dysplasia with some of the commonly afflicted being Great Danes, Saint Bernards, German Shepherds, Bulldogs, and Retrievers. However, smaller dogs, like Pugs and French Bulldogs, can also develop hip dysplasia.
