  • Revolution then moves from the blood to the skin, where it can protect against fleas, flea eggs, American dog ticks, ear mites, and sarcoptic mange (scabies) mites. As the parasites try to feed on the dog, they ingest Selamectin, which kills them. Revolution for dogs is effective a full month and then should be reapplied.
