Bloodhounds have been known to follow a scent trail for more than 130 miles! ... The nose isn't the only part of bloodhounds well-suited for tracking. Their signature wrinkly skin helps trap scents, too. Their long, droopy ears also act as scent sweepers, dragging the ground and sweeping scents toward their noses.
