Puppies need to eat a lot–and not too much.

You should be able to feel but not see their ribs, and they should have a visible waist when you look down at them.

In general, you should follow the guidelines on the back of the bag of dog food, and adjust up or down depending on your puppy's appetite and body condition.

  • Gas and fecal matter may be odoriferous; fecal matter may be extremely runny or hard.

Yes, your dog knows how much you love him! Dogs and humans have a very special relationship, where Dogs have actually hijacked the human oxytocin bonding pathway that is normally reserved for our babies.

When you stare at your dog, both your oxytocin levels go up, the same as when you pet them and play with them.
