Some pet owners will be happy to just watch their dog and seek veterinary treatment if they show any signs of poisoning - such as vomiting, diarrhea, pain, weakness, wobbliness, or inappetence. The clear problem with this approach though is that by the time a dog is showing signs of grape poisoning, the damage to their kidneys may already have become irreversible.
