My plain answer is no.

The green portions of tomato plants actually contain a toxic called alkaloid tomatine, which is bad for dogs.

PetMD recommends that pet owners refrain from offering their pets tomatoes.

In addition, the actual sauce also contains other ingredients which should not be fed to your dog.

Tomato sauces, ketchup, soups, or juices aren't particularly healthy for dogs because of the added salt and sugar, as well as artificial flavors or other chemicals they might contain. Small amounts of tomato-based products like sauce likely won't cause harm to your dog, however.
