Dog training, centers, pet stores, and the dog's veterinarian can offer advice on house training your pet. However, training puppies to go can be done even if you're not home most of the day. Assuming you work during the day, you'll need a cage, lotsa newspaper, and patience. With lotsa newspaper to line the cage, only cage the puppy at night.
