This is apartment living with attractive shaded walk ways round parks and lakes for you to walk your dog. As mentioned one of the big rules in Dubai is that dogs should be kept on the lead at all times however, if you want your dogs to have a run around you could always consider the Paws Pet Planet Dog Park .

This regulation has recently become stricter, banning dogs at Dubais Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). This regulation makes it harder for residents to keep dogs at home and walk them in the neighborhood. Furthermore, it is now prohibited to walk a dog on the Marina Walk, The Palm and at Dubai Marina.

Jebel Ali Beach and the beach along Al Safouh Road near Dubai College are common dog walking areas where you can feel the sand beneath your toes, while the newly created Al Quadra Lakes are also canine friendly. Al Warqa near Mirdiff is also a dog friendly zone where you can get in long walks (weather permitting).

  • Burj Park Located in Downtown Dubai is one of the few parks in which dogs are allowed to enter and walk. Technically, they can only walk on the pavement, not on the grass and must be leashed at all times.
