Taronga zoo is very much like a zoo experience and although their kangaroos are not caged, there is no food available to you to feed them. Symbio wildlife park is quite far from Sydney CBD however,you can purchase food and feed kangaroos. IMO the Australia Zoo is a great place to feed roo's and they let you pet Koalas.
