Dish Network going to the dogs. A network completely devoted to dogs is launching on Dish Network. The Douglas County-based television provider (Nasdaq: DISH) said the FidoTV channel can now be seen on its Channel 245. FidoTV shows nothing but TV shows containing dogs.
