It is common for breastfed babies to not sleep through the night for a long period of time. On the other hand, some breastfed babies start sleeping through the night when a few months old. Your baby will begin to comfort herself and to sleep for longer stretches at her own developmental pace.

Can rabies passed through breast milk?

There is no scientific evidence that suggests the baby is harmed by the vaccine or will acquire the rabies virus from the womb or breast milk. To date there have been no documented cases of rabies transmission from pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Can worms be passed through breast milk?

There are no studies documenting transmission of Toxoplasma gondii in humans through breast milk. When a mother is infected during pregnancy, Toxoplasma may be circulating in her blood. However, the likelihood of human milk transmission is very small.
