How long should a dog wear a prong collar?

Use the collar for no more than one hour and only during designated training sessions. Using the collar any longer could irritate your dog's neck. It is dangerous to use a prong collar as your primary walking collar. Dogs learn by association.

Should a dog wear a harness all day?

Your dog can wear their harness all day but we recommend removing from puppies after each walk and do not leave on all night as they may be able to chew on it. Collars make great tag carries and we firmly believe that all dogs should have id and license tags on them at all times.

Should my dog wear her collar all the time?

Leaving a pet's collar on at all times can have some very dangerous consequences that could land your pet in the hospital or worse! At minimum, leaving your pet's collar on 24-7 can cause damage to the coat and skin of the neck.
