Eyes, ears, hands, butt, anything that emits moisture and/or scent.

Perhaps because Eyes are moist, dogs sniff them.

I repeat most strenuously do NOT let them touch their nose to your eye, nor lick anywhere NEAR your Eyes! Dogs' mouths carry germs.

  • A foul smell to the eye discharge could be due to a yeast infection on the skin under the eye. When a dog has a constant build up of discharge in the area, it causes it to stay wet and your dog may have developed a yeast infection.
