Thanks for the quick reply, Clavaseptin is a combination of two antibiotics Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid. This is a drug with a very high margin of safety and it is very unlikely that a single double dose would have much effect on your dog. What you should do is to just give the next dose at the right time and finish the course.
