Yes lime powder will kill ticks fleas. And roachs but you have to use da rite one you can get it at da feed store me and my family been using lime since i was a lil boy and no ticks cant kill your dog and lime is save around your dog so if your trying to get rid of ticks lime is what you need its cheap too so give it a try
